How to Get Started
Tell your client what they can expect during the onboarding process. Here are some things you might include:
How you would like them to contact you.
Will they reach a person or a message service?
When they will hear from you.
What form of communication you will use to contact them (phone, email, etc.)
If you offer a phone consultation, is this scheduled or do you just call them?
What you will discuss during the consultation (this cuts down on lengthy calls).
When and how do they complete your intake paperwork?
Do you use an online portal for scheduling, paperwork, billing, telehealth, etc.? What role does the portal play in your onboarding process?
Anything else you think they need to know!
