Parenting did not come with a manual and whether you’re doing it on your own or you have a whole village, it’s still not easy. Together we can identify what makes you feel more relaxed and fulfilled not only in your role as a parent, but in the other aspects of you life.
You’re not sure when it started or why but that critical voice has been affecting how you see yourself and the world around you. We can work on finding ways to turn that self-doubt into self-compassion so you can celebrate you.
How it Works…
Now…
Schedule a free consultation. We’ll spend about 15 minutes going over what it is you want to get from therapy and your therapist and I’ll answer any and all questions you have. If we both think we’re a good fit, and you are ready to show up and dig in, we’ll schedule our first session! (If not, no worries. I will happily refer you to a reliable colleague.)
Then…
We’ll get to know each other a bit more. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space and (I promise) nothing you say will scare me away. We’ll dive deep and look at what really makes you tick. We’ll work together to figure out what’s working and what isn’t. There may be times where you’ll laugh, cry or curse - I’m good with all of that!
Down the Road…
You will leave therapy feeling in control of your life and your feelings. You’ll have the skills to handle the bumps in the road. You will accept yourself and the life you’re living.
